Good scooter, slow delivery
Got the Dualtron Mini Special. Scooter's solid, rides well. Shipping took about a week, which felt a bit slow compared to other online shops I use. Packaging was good though, arrived safe. Thunder 3, great ride
I ordered the Dualtron Thunder 3 about a month ago. The website was pretty straightforward, easy to find what I needed. Shipping took 6 days to get to my place in Arizona, which felt a little long for a premium item but it wasn't terrible. The scooter arrived well-packaged, no damage at all. Assembly was minimal, mostly just attaching the handlebars. I had a small question about the display settings, so I called support. They picked up quick and the guy I spoke with walked me through it, very helpful. The scooter itself is fantastic; build quality feels solid, it handles great, and the range is as advertised. Definitely a noticeable step up from my previous scooter in terms of power and stability. Using it daily for my commute, no issues so far.
Reliable for parts
This was my third order from Dualtron USA. I needed new brake pads and a replacement EY3 display for my Dualtron Victor.
